Which takes away from the credibility. If you really wanted to, you could be connecting and disconnecting many times and manipulate the votes that way.

Which is why Twilight/True Blood will win all the categories they are in. They should log the IP of each user and prevent multiple voting. They should insist on signing up first because that puts most people off voting a million times.

I have voted anyway. For Star Trek.
 
Voted for Trek in all its nominated categories. I am entering Trek nominations in pretty much every online awards thing coming up this year. Is that sad? I want to spread the word about the film, and if it wins all these public award votes, it should help to spread the notion that Trek is BACK!

It's not sad at all. The whole point of these open voting is about voting for what you like and want to support.
 
Already voted for all the Trek movie nominations/Trek actor nominations. Don't forget you can also write-in Trek actors for various categories (one per category). I wrote in a number of actors/actresses... including Elizabeth Mitchell of Lost for Best TV actress. She was awesome this past season and should get an award for it (she was already robbed of an Emmy nomination)!!!
 
Star Trek was in contention to get final nominations in six categories, and it ended up getting 5 nominations in 4 categories. It missed out on Favorite Action Star (Pine) and Favorite On-Screen Team (Pine and Quinto).

It's the People's Choice Awards, and since we're people and we make the choice, that makes it relevant, unless of course you think votes just magically appear out of nowhere. Now, do you have any other comments that make absolutely no point?

Awwww, J. Allen, that's nice of you to miss the point and to take things too seriously about this film.

It just meant that why should we have to vote when the film is this amazing, it should be able to do ANYTHING, right?;) INCLUDING MAGIC!

Other than when I'm sick and cranky, I don't take too much seriously anymore.
