Wil Wheaton to guest star on "The Big Bang Theory" on Oct. 19th

^^ I agree. This show isn't about UST between Penny and Leonard. If the writers can't think of better things than doing a "will they, won't they" then they've run out of ideas.

Does anyone else think that the show has lost something since Penny and Leonard became a couple? Wasn't it funnier when Leonard's life was off-balance because he wanted the girl but couldn't seal the deal?

They've only been a couple for a handful of episodes, so no, I don't think the show has lost anything.

Personally I'm glad they didn't keep Leonard pining away and Penny ignoring him in favor of other guys of the week. That type of storyline is several levels beyond played out.

Wheaton as a nemesis that returns again at some point would be great!
I also liked the Wolowitz development with the microbiologist.

Never saw the show before last night and it was awesome! Very funny, and I had a great time watching it.

Wil Wheaton was great. Curse Family guy for making me think Whil Wheaton everytime I heard his name.

The end was great! Poor Sheldon. I really, really hope they bring Wil back.

Question, has the show always been this good?

They have to bring Wheaton back next season, possibly the best episode to date ;)

It's consistently funny on a number of levels. Even the "average" episodes are much funnier than most "comedies" on the air.

Welcome to the show!

I think the show's normally better than this. :D

I thought this was one of the weaker episodes of the show. The Wheaton storyline was gold, but the Wolowitz subplot was boring IMO.

Question, has the show always been this good?

Yes, for sure. Actually I think this was one of the weaker episodes - despite Wil Wheaton's excellent performance.

I agree. While the episode was good I'd still rate it as Average with hints of Above Average.
The shows weaker episodes are better than most shows as a whole.

I loved it..it was great..so no, I rate it one of the best...and Parsons SHOULD get an emmy nomination this year..by far the best comic character on american TV...

I thought I was the only one who felt that way. I haven't seen him in anything else, but the man is a comedic genius. His timing and delivery are absolutely flawless.

If nothing else, his Joker smile will haunt my dreams for a long time to come.

Sheldon is the best Vulcan since Nimoy!
