My local Pizza Hut sucks.

So the other night I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut as well as some breadsticks.

When I opened up my breadsticks box much to my surprise it wasn't the usual PH breadsticks I'm used to but it was looked to be their regular pizza crust only without any toppings and some-kind-of seasoning on them -perhaps the regular breadstick seasoning?

Kind of ticked me off. Today I called them and complained and I was told that their manager cheaps-out on his ordering and doesn't get the usual breadsticks and just uses their crust.

But, hey, my next order is now free from them!

You should let corporate know about that cheapskate. Chains like that usually have strict recipes and ingredient suppliers that must be used if the franchise is to be allowed to use the chain's name and logos. Of course corporate influence is even stronger over corporate owned locations.

Yeah, they suck. But at least you have a local Pizza Hut. There is none around us and I am so missing their stuffed crust pizza.

I have one in the same building as the grocery store, but there's a mom & pop place just a little bit in the other direction that I can walk to. :)

It's not just yours. Pizza Hut sucks in general. Why don't you spend your $$ on decent food?

^You guys don't have a nearby Pizza Hut? I thought they were everywhere.

There's one about 30 minutes away, which I guess might be close enough for some people. But I used to live right across the street from one so it seems really far to me! When I look at the Pizza Hut map my city is right in the middle of the only blank spot on the map.

Do you ever make your own dinner, or always just get take-out?

You got breadsticks that had an odd texture because it was basically pizza crust. You got a free meal out of it. It seems like the rewards outweigh the negatives, so why are you complaining?

I used to have 5 Pizza Hut restaurants and 4 or 5 Pizza Hut delivery places in my town. Now there are no restaurants and only 2 delivery places (one of which won't even do the online ordering). They really let the quality of their food slide over the years. I guess it shows.

I went to our local Pizza Hut for the first time in almost a decade, and was pleasantly surprised. The pizza wasn't greasy like they used to be, and it was well made. The breadsticks were good as well. So I told them I was pleasantly surprised and happy with my order.
I didn't get anything free.

I usually go to a local mom and pop place that makes a good pizza, but my son has been wanting to go to a Pizza Hut for a while, and it's my first Saturday off in almost three months, so I took him out.

Spots - Ouch. That sucks.

I have to agree with those that say, in general, that Pizza Hut sucks. It's been probably two years since I ate in one, and that was only because the friend I was visiting chose Pizza Hut over the better Mom & Pop places in the area.

90% of the time, I get pizzas for myself from a little local chain called Rosati's or from Uno's

Pizza Hut's pizza isn't that bad, I suppose. Out of all the pizzas that are available near my house, I like Papa John's best. There is only one pizza place near here that isn't a chain, and I couldn't stand their pizza (it had almost no crust).

This man speaks the truth.

Plus, in appreciation, the corporate people will give you much more free shit than the local asswipe.

Joe, cheap
