I'd say the Kyle Reese/Sarah Connor scene in The Terminator is the closest a movie scene has ever given me the sensation of doing the real thing. It's beautiful yet primal the way James Cameron shoots it and the music is also perfect.
It's not quite as good but I did enjoy the Matt Murdock/Elektra Natchios sex scene in the Theatrical Cut of Daredevil. It's not as explicit as the one in The Terminator but you get a sense of how much these characters need each other, both physically & emotionally, in a way that no one else will ever be able to fulfill.
Unfortunately, they never make a whole lot of progress in either one but there's some pretty hot stuff going on in a couple scenes between Alyssa Milano & Charlotte Lewis in Embrace of the Vampire. Actually, I found the sex scenes on the internet first, then I got the whole movie on a blind buy. The movie is OK but the ending is kinda lame, particularly because although there are all of these different guys fighting over Milano's character, Charlotte Lewis is clearly the only one that she has any sexual chemistry with. Yet she's not the one that she ends up with at the end of the film.
Can't think of any particularly hot sex scenes from sci fi at all...
Yeah the Kyle/Sarah scene is the best, if for no other reason than it's one of the few sex scenes actually integral to the plot rather than there for titilation
Oh God yes, that is one hell of a sexy film, special mention to the nurse possessed by Mathilda May seducing that gyu in his car. Of course the film ruins all this sexiness later by having Patrick Stewart possessed by a sexy women. That's just wrong!

Not sure if it's exactly sci-fi, but Susan Sarandon and Catherine Deneuve in "The Hunger" was pretty steamy.
Also Jenny Agutter in Logan's Run...the outfit she wore coming out of the cyber-sex-transporter thing was quite nice and gave me evil thoughts.
Demon Seed gets the prize for "whoa."
And Omen III had a rather wild sadomasochistic scene too.

Best - not scifi exactly, but within fantasy/supernatural genre -Julie Christie and Donald Sutherland in Don't Look Now is a great, highly erotic sex scene - in terms of a real couple in a real realtionship. Both TMWFTE and DLN were directed by Nicholas Roeg.
I bestow an honorable mention to the scene from The Hunger cited above...a movie which also co-starred David Bowie, Deneuve's former squeeze prior to Sarandon. You really need to see it so I don't want to give away too many details.

Not a scene. Not even a movie or tv show, but I spent a lot of time wandering through bookstores in my childhood, and particularly the sci-fi section. I still have a fondness for the work of Boris Vallejo and Frank Frazetta. 
Yes. But it's a bit too tame for my tastes. In fact, that entire movie is slow as fuck. Embrace of the Vampire is a lot more fun.
