I was ready to drop the series after the conclusion of last season and the whole nonesense with Clark "Killing" himself and embracing his Kryptonian side again (I wonder if the new showrunners remember the whole Kal-El storyline from a few seasons ago...this has already been done. Jonathon was there to pull him back to his humanity though.
In my mind, this
has to happen. No, I'm not a big fan of rehashed plot-lines, but it's not exactly as if SV is innocent of this. But they really need to bring in Schneider or O''toole for an episode--obviously with the latter being the easier story wise. (Cuz, like, senators don't LIVE in Washington!

)
But from a parallelism standpoint, it could work thematically. If they are going to have a physical Jor-El on the show, they could basically have him "See" who Clark is and realize that what makes him great is he's not just that he is both his and Lara's son, but also Jon and Martha's. And assuming this is the last season of the show, it would bring it full-circle back to the original premise/theme of the series.
And on that note, I also think they just just pony up the cash for Stamp. I don't know why all the characters on the show have to be "young" other than Dawn Ostroff is an imbecile. If they really wanted to, they could work something out.
Plus [FANBOY] I'd love to see a scene where Terrance-El knocks nuZod on his ass, walks over to him and growls, "KNEEL before Jor-El!" [/FANBOY]
I still can't believe Allison Mack will voice Power Girl in the Superman/Batman Public Enemies DC animated dvd
I'm with
Guy here. I had a chance to see bits of it yesterday and it's not very good.
That said, I do strongly believe that Ally is going to be a household name in five years. I know we like to think that about a lot of people on genre shows, but she (despite what
Othello might think

) has that
"it" factor.
I also think what's going to help her is she won't be going after roles in goofy, crappy-ass genre films, but will likely get in a would-be Indy film that becomes a surprising success where she gives a knock-out performance.
And if they were animating McGinesses'(sp?) artwork I would agree with you totally.
Obi-Wan Micknobi?
