Apparently from an issue of TV Guide.

It must be an old TV Guide because I saw it in a National Lampoon thing called "Real News" (or something like that) about 15 years ago.
There was also a thread in the TOS forum about making your own TV Guide synopsises (is that the right plural Christopher?) and I mentioned this boner as a good one.

Now that I think about it, maybe TV Guide uses the same synopsis forever. Old rerun so no need to change it.

I have that "National Lampoon" book. The synopsis reads:

"Star Trek (color) Mr. Spoc (sic) blows his cool and tries to kill Captain Kirk."

The funny thing is, they're both quite accurate synopses of the episode.

I have that "National Lampoon" book. The synopsis reads:

There's more than one, because I've also got a NL book with a similar synopsis to the one in the original post.
