What kind of super pet should Batman have?

I just think its kinda insulting the readers, you start off with Superman the soul survivor of the planet Krypton, then its "well there are 3 Kyrptons trapped in the phantom zone" then its "look a character who is all but a female clone of Superman, also survived"

at this point you should draw the line, and say enough is enough, not then go on to say that a Dog, a cat, a horse & a monkey were also sent to Earth, all with some variation on Superman powers, it asks two questions

1) how come evoluation on Kyrpton so similar to that of Earth, that it produces animals that look exactly like the ones on Earth

2) if this lot survived the planet being blown up, then what didnt, next you will be telling me that there is a shrunken city in a bottle somewhere...

^The horse and the cat didn't come from Krypton. There. I've completely destroyed your logic. :)

BTW, it's pretty well established now that Jor-El and Lara were the only Kryptonians that died when the planet exploded.

Batman was entirely founded upon the idea that he didn't need superpowers or superpets or superspandex, that he solved his problems with detective skills and sheer physical training. Which is for the most part why I still respect him even after Superman 64 destroyed my expectations for Superman altogether :shifty:

As others have said, Ace from Batman Beyond was a bad-ass. He was very well utilized. He didn't go out on "adventures" but was more of a junkyard dog defending the Batcave.

His one big action scene was really cool.

No super pets. He should have a regular, non-mutant, non-magic, non-meta pet. Like a dog. The pinnacle of canine accomplishment.

Hey, what happened to Harold's Ace?

For me a Bat would be to ovious so I would go with a Robin that can transform into a sexy catsuit wearing human female during action scenes. It would be a totally new way to take the concept of Robin in a new direction, while also working of the the idea of Sueperheros with pets.

Jason
I think that would have made The Dark Knight a much better film.

Nobody tell wamdue about New Krypton.

(Which I don't understand - haven't read the books themselves - but I hear there is almost a planetful of Kryptonians in canon now)
