I kinda liked Wyatt Miller

Sakrysta

Vice Admiral
Admiral
Okay, so I have a soft spot for the episode "Haven." There's a great deal of charm represented there. I love the detail added to Will (Bill?) and Deanna's romantic history. I ADORE the introduction of Lwaxana Troi & Mr. Homm.

But I think what I like best is Wyatt Miller. The boy is a poster child for 80s bad fashion, but he's just so very cute! I love his matter-of-fact reaction to Riker's apparent discomfort with the whole "bonding" thing. I think he and Deanna could have made a very fine couple.

*waits to be laughed out of the room* ;)

He seemed kinda wishy-washy to me, hard to believe he ended up as "T-bag" (sp)
I had a lame assed joke there but I'll let it pass.

He's Almost as BAD as the men on Angel One

NO ONE is that bad!

I just like how amiable he is - he takes the ludicrousness around him in stride. He's also so gracious when Deanna turns out to not be the woman he'd always dreamed about.

What can I say - I'm a sap.

I always liked this episode, too. I haven't seen it for years (since I got the Season 1 DVD set), so I might need to look at it again. My tastes have certainly changed.

Anyway, when TNG was first on the air, I gobbled up those first season episodes, and watched them over and over.

However, it seemed that the episode was graceful and well-acted. Coming from a hetero male, I guess Wyatt was likable enough, and I can see how you think he was cute, too.
