Do You Have Any Weird Habits?

Just basically talking to myself. I tend to do it when I'm driving, working in the office, or just watching TV or surfing the Web.

at home when i'm bored i'll find something like a door handle that squeaks when its turned and squeak it to annoy my partner, she'll oil it then i'll find something else.

oh and when making a sarnie i'll only butter one slice of bread, whil putting the filling on the other

I maintain a list of every movie I've ever seen. I also collect flip clocks, here's my favorite of the ones I own so far, my daily alarm clock:

Other than that I'm pretty normal and dull.

I curl my toes up when relaxing.

Keeping in mind I'm 50, I still watch 'Daria', think it's sharp and funny.

I post here.

There's more, I'll get back to you.

I suppose my weird thing is that I love transit.

Me too. I wish Omaha (where I live) had some decent mass transit. All we have now is some lameass bus service, and that's not worth it. I generally don't like riding buses. If we had a subway, or a light rail of any kind, I would ride on it, even if I didn't need to. I'd just get on board and go exploring.

Yeah, aside from a very short stretch of light rail, we've got all buses here in Ottawa. Granted, we do have one of the world's most extensive Bus Rapid Transit systems, the Transitway, but given the choice, I'd rather have rail! We do have a plan on the books to build a downtown rail tunnel and track-over a 13 km stretch of the Transitway, but it'll be at least a couple years before construction even begins, unfortunately.

^ I do the same thing but I am not sure it is normal. I just know I don't drink soda and hate having to ask/get a refill ever five minutes.

I do it because I can't drink soda anymore. It gives me bad heartburn.

Water is better for me anyway.

Trust me Astro, you're just as normal as I am.:bolian:

Talking to yourself is perfectly normal. Where else can you have an intelligent conversation?

Eat mustard on its own.

Mustard has too overpowering of a taste for my tastes. However, if I'm in a restaurant, and they give me some of that whipped butter for my bread or pancakes...I will eat it by itself if there's some left in the container. :alienblush:

My life revolves around the Arts & Sciences. I am composed entirely of weird habits. :rommie:

Let's see, what else?

When I have fried eggs, I always order (or make) one sunny-side up and one with the yolk broken.

My favorite snack is Chocolate Chip Cookies and Barbecued Potato Chips.

I often mimic the archaic capitalization conventions of Colonial/Revolutionary Era America.

I prefer Roaring 20s Artistic Nudes to anything contemporary.

I almost always watch the Saturday Night movie on Sciffy, because it reminds me of the days of Drive Ins and Creature Double Feature.

And so on....

That sounds like my obsession with chocolate bars and popcorn. I love the salty and sweet together.

So do I. Today's nudes all look like piles of dried twigs adorned with plastic bumps. I prefer women with curves and a more demure quality. (They also look like they have a secret that I would find scandalous. I find that so much more intriguing.)
