My favorites this month... this one is going to be tough, so I'm not even going to try and narrow it down to 3 per page!


First page:

Row 1, Left: Seven of Nine meets Xena Warrior Princess from a crossover TVGuide cover. I've got another alternate take of this in an upcoming issue.

Row 2, Center: Very Rare 3rd Season TNG Cast Photo of the crew on the Bridge. The more common season 3 shot is of them all side-to-side on a dark red background.

Row 3, Center: Original, Pre-Photoshopped Photo of the Command Trio of the NX-01 in their Series Finale Uniforms. I've also got the photoshopped version used for the TVGuide cover coming next month.

Row 4, Right: Bob Justman visits the set of Star Trek: First Contact.

Row 5, Left: Ultra High Resolution photo of Quinto-Spock and Pine-Kirk -- In Gold, No Less!

Hey, Frontier, in all your rare pic journeys have you come across the pics taken of some of Thesis' early TNG uniform prototypes. There's a picture of one in the Star Trek Communicator article on TNG's 20th Anniversary. It's quite small and has Thesis showing the prototypes off to Roddenberry, Berman, and Justman. They look really different than what we actually got.

Some really great photos again this month. I've had that alternative TNG cast shot on my wall for years, but other stuff I've never seen. I love that picture of 7 in daVinci's workshop. I think there's something really ethereal about it. She looks so young. Also, loving that picutre of Bob Justman on the FC set.

It is indeed. It makes me long for season 5, and I've never been much of a fan of Enterprise!

Afraid I've never seen actual pictures, but I do recall seeing the art sketches somewhere...

The Seven photo struck me as such too. Something about it is so unique. It's like a photo of Jeri Ryan in Seven of Nine costume when she's between the two. Not as stern as Seven, but not as human as Jeri. It's also freaky that she looks younger in it than any other photo I've seen of her as Seven, despite the fact it was taken well after all those silver catsuit PB photos. I always liked the collar of the silver and brown outfits. Never understood their removal later on except to show a smidge more skin.

I still like this one. The Saavik promo shot and the Janeway/Boothby candid are also nice shots.

It's Nimoy in the outfit he wore when in Sickbay, after his unauthorized space walk to V'Ger. It's either a test photo of the costume or it's just Nimoy with the top unzipped between shots.

I'm happy to contribute. I have been on the receiving end of many wonderful photos from generous folks -- thanks again to all who have sent me their goodies! And I have spent way too many hours scouring the Internet, LOL.

I love the one with Zack and Chris. The resolution is awesome so you can get a good detailed glimpse at the new uniforms.
