Two Q's about"The Soul Key" and "The Neverending Sacrifice(Nospoilers)

I've been trying to find a buy a copy of "The Soul Key" since it came out, however none of the bookshops here (Netherlands) seem to have it, and bol.com says it doesn't come out until Spetember. So my question to my fellow Dutchmen is: why is this? Do Trek b ooks usually take so long to get in the Dutch shops?
I picked up "The Never-ending Sacrifice" today in the bookstore (The clerk told me I was the first to buy it, btw). However, since I don't have "The Soul Key" yet, my question is whether I can read it before TSK.
O, no spoilers for either book please.

You can certainly read The Never Ending Sacrifice before the Soul Key.

I haven't read NES yet, but as far as I've heard (and read in the review thread) NES tells a story from the POV of a Cardassian who appeared in one episode of DS9. The timeline is from when he went back to Cardassia at the end of the episode to sometime after the Dominion War ended. That's AFAIK though as I still haven't been able to find it at my local shop.

^What he said. I'm in the process of reading it, and it really is just a side story that appears to be mostly unrelated to the main storyline. IMO it's more of a companion piece for A Stitch in Time.

I found The Soul Key two weeks ago at my regular bookstore, so it's out in the Netherlands. Try the Bruna above platform 18/19 at Utrecht Central station, they always have 5 copies of new releases each month (paperbacks only). :techman:

On the other hand, I haven't got The Never-Ending Sacrifice yet, so maybe it's just a hickup at your store.

When I was in Amsterdam two months ago , The American Bookcenter at Spui-Square had all recent Trek-Books in stook, it would surprise me, if made an exception with "The Soul Key".

^Actually, that was indeed the first place I looked for it after it wasn't on bol.com, but they didn't have it. They had TNES, though.
