I've done avs that were just within the board limits on my computer and then I upload it to p'bucket and then to the T'BBS and the file size grows.

Yeah that happens. Sometimes i think it's the different way your comp and the server shows file sizes. I suspect that some of these places where you can upload your pics add things to your files. Well that's my opinion on it anyways, lol
