Remans and S'ona. Part of the reason those two movies were so bad is not just how uninspired the stories were, but also the alien races. They looked crappy and they were boring too.

I've just rewatched "The Maquis" and Jadzia and Kira have one of their discussions in which Kira teases Jadzia about her weird taste in men, while Jadzia responds by teasing Kira about her conventional taste... Kira can't understand the appeal fo the Ferengi, and of course, Captain Boday with the transparent skull is mentioned, but that is not all...

Jadzia: You know, Kira, sometimes I think you place too much emphasis on how men look.
Kira: What's that supposed to mean?
Jadzia: Nothing.
Major Kira: Look, when I kiss a man goodnight, I like to know where I'm kissing him.

^ That makes you wonder about some of the guys Jadzia has dated and what they might have looked like!

Hands down the ugliest race in Star Trek are the Viidians. They delighted in making other races suffer. You'd of thought they would have learned their lesson, but no such luck. Now their outside ugliness reflects their inner ugliness.
