K...posted this in TNZ, but since those jokers are just about useless I ask for the help of you fine people.

As part of my "Summer of not doing a damned thing and getting media coverage for it" I'm going to Las Vegas this Wednesday and returning Sunday, primarily for the Star Trek convention a "friend" from Chicago wants to see.

So, I'm cashin' in one of those free Southwest tickets and having some fun. So, besides the midget strippers [Garak] what are some suggestions of fun things do to?

Are you into clubbing? I really liked Rain when we went. And I'm not huge on clubs in general, though I do love dancing.

There are so many awesome restaurants too. I guess it really depends on what you're into. When I go there I love going to a show (Penn & Teller was fun), a nice restaurant, trying out different bars/lounges, shopping and more shopping, etc.

My husband, on the other hand, took the opportunity to go skydiving with his friends when he was out there.

So what kinds of things are you looking to do?

Well there's the Experi... Oh.

When I visited Vegas a few years ago I just had fun taking in the sights, walking around downtown and on The Strip. Gambling, of course, can be pretty fun and there's countless, great, shows you can take in. I wanted to go see Penn and Teller when I was there but it was during a time their show wasn't going on. If they're performing this time of year that'd probably be worth checking out too.

Gambling, of course, can be pretty fun and there's countless, great, shows you can take in. I wanted to go see Penn and Teller when I was there but it was during a time their show wasn't going on. If they're performing this time of year that'd probably be worth checking out too.

So did i! My friend and i sat in the front row! Most awesome!

My friend and i also went bar hopping after the show. We hit up around 5 different bars. Was much fun.
