I did a quick search and all I found was something at a site called Suunto Trek Manager.

Looks nothing to do with Star Trek.

I like the idea of having something called Trekmanager 4. If it doesn't already exist can someone invent it please?

You never realize it. That's a symptom.

Sounds like forum-administration software to me. :)

This reminds me of something related. Once upon a time I had software which replaced Windows sounds/sound effects with TNG Trek sound effects including famous lines from the series. I found a couple similar programs at http://www.WinCustomize.com. Perhaps you may find yours there. If not, many members like to create programs upon request.

A few seconds with Google turned up this page. It's in German, but it's got a couple of download links for Trekmanager 4.0.

    (BabelFish "translation" of page)

I am still amazed that computer translators are unable to convert to proper syntax.:rommie: Some are much worse than this BabelFish.

Oh, no doubt of that last. Ordinarily, I'd have used Google's translator for a quick bash at it, as Google generally returns results which are a little less clunky than BabelFish's but, for some reason this time, it gave me a message saying something like "We're sorry! Google is unable to translate this page." No explanation of why was given, though.
