How come Callum clearly into his 30s, has the boyish charm to still appear some half decade younger than Welling?

    Different incarnation?

    wtf?

Time travelling "young" Zod? Mirror Zod? Or mentally regressed after entering a new body that couldn't hold the completeness of his psychiatry so the last 20 years were cropped? or similar to that emergency back up zod like in that voyager episode vs most of what we saw in Doll House this season?

This is a spoiler thread so you don't need the tags.

If you do anyway I don't care :)

Zod is a Major in this incarnation so they're probably going to say that the Phantom Zone released him from an earlier time frame of Kryptonian history (similar to his Uncle). Maybe it'll prompt Clark trying to save his parents in a similar manner.

    :wtf:

All I can say to that is that I hope that their 'Big' announcement at the Sunday panel at Comic-Con is bigger than this.

    ;)

one of the earlier Harry Potter Movies was about a "Younger Version" of he who shall... Sorry, I just remembered how uncool harry Potter is.

    Yes, even compared to Smallville.

I think that's the only non-Smallville role I've seen her in so far.

I like Callum Blue, but he doesn't seem all that menacing. Can't wait to see how this turns out.

Be sure to check out her new movie YOU if you can. She's really a good actress, and quite a bit different in this than as Chloe. I think you'd like it.

i think that's the point. he's supposed to be charming and charismatic. someone people will gravitate towards. if he looked menacing then it would have the opposite effect. at least that's how i reason it.

Metallo is one of my favorite Supes villains. I've been pushing for him pretty much since we first saw Victor.

I loved the McDowell TAS version.

What does that mean other than he'll get a heftier paycheck?

I can't believe they'd give him much creative control.

Unless he actually wants to get his hands dirty, it probably means that he produces himself to work every day, since it's easier to pay him for another title than to increase his wage as an actor without having all the other actors claiming that if Tom's getting more suddenly, then they should too.

But it would be nice if he did want to get his hands dirty so that he can learn a skill to fall back on when people finally notice that he only has three expressions.

It was probably a condition of his return, the producer gig. He has directed some of the better-received episodes of the show over the past few years. Maybe he liked doing stuff on the production end and wants to venture further into it.

Cabin boy to dread Pirate Roberts in just nine years.

He'd have to be alcholic drug/sex addict solo parent of 8 kids not to have wandered from one side of Smallville to the other and mastered most of what he saw made look easy again and again... What was that line from Ground Hog Day?

I remember it getting fairly decent marks on various review sites, including Kryptonsite.
