No, but "Twenty-oh-nine" just doesn't sound right to me. "Two-thousand-and-nine" rolls off the tongue nicely for me.

Twenty oh nine sounds like a line from the opening narration to a crappy made-for tv science fiction movie from the 80s.
That being said, I prefer twenty-ten over two-thousand ten.

For the record, I don't say Twenty Hundred and Nine either.
I've heard Two oh oh Nine quite a bit too, though I can't recall anyone using One Nine Nine Nine back in the Twentieth century
When speaking historically I always say Nineteen oh Nine or Eighteen oh Nine, so I don't really see what's so silly about Twenty oh Nine.
I'm really not sure which form I use more often, probably Twenty oh Nine.
I say "deuce oh nil nueve" just to fuck with people, because this is so very important.
