Well, I guess Craig Bellamy will be on the move again soon now!

I think Richards and Dunne are a good partnership. Not bad when you consider that Kompany can come in and play there too.

^ Richards is a RB he is not good enough to be a centre back he should stick to the position that saw him break on the scene and get an ENG place. Dunne is an average player good for some clubs but not now Man City have all that money and ambition.

There parntership was not fruitful which was shown by the amount of goals being leaked over the last 2 years.

Manchester United have cancelled the first match of their tour of Indonesia in Jakarta after the hotel they were due to stay in was bombed.

    More here.

Seems like Barcelona have totally lost the plot! They're about to sign Ibramovic from Inter Milan for 35m Euro + Samuel Eto'o + Hleb. Why oh why would anyone want to replace Eto'o is one thing, but why oh why would you offer him for one of, if not the most overrated striker in European Football at this time!

I know so stupid, the only person that could replace Eto is David Villa.

    ^ Bizarre news.

Arsenal managed to break Nasri today. I want some more players.

    Pretty amazing free kick.

In other news, apparently Tottenham and (of course) Man City are contemplating offering Los Angeles' favorite footballer David Beckham a way out of MLS.

    Those Americans, such hooligans.

Malouda has signed an extension with Chelsea, and John Terry's agent continues to leverage Chelsea for more money as it appears Man City are preparing another bid.

The funniest news of the day belongs to Arsenal - after selling Adebayor to striker rich Man City, Arsenal were dealt an injury blow learning that like Eduardo before him, Nasri hasn't been drinking his milk and broke his brittle little leg. What this means for Arsenal's assualt on 4th place in the Prem and no trophies isn't known quite yet, but reports appear that everyone is confident he will be covered by an 18 year old with all flash and little substance.

^ Can't tell you don't like Arsenal Ey who do you support by the way? Chelsea is it...no broken legs there just no loyalty.

Arsenal will be fine Vela, Walcott and hopefully Wilshire will do the ob for the 3 months without Nasri who actually I think is a rather quiet player anyway on the pitch.

Loyalty? Who's left Chelsea this summer? Talk to Emma Adebayor about loyalty. After pouting like a child and getting a raise last summer, he moves this summer to Man City. Too funny.

You're right - Arsenal will be fine and continue their aspirations of mediocrity. Nothing really changes.

Surely all this news is inferior to the story run on SSN this morning about the South American team manager who put his son on as an 84th substitute... his son is 12!!!!!

I can't find the story on the website at all, and I have no idea what team it was. But I definitely didn't dream it.

I do feel sorry for Arsenal. No sooner do they get Rosicky and Eduardo back, Nasri gets crocked.

I love how he got mowed down right away.

Nepotism on the pitch gone horribly wrong.....I must assume there are no rules in South America that state how old a player must be to play. Imagine if a coach tossed on his 12 year old son in an NHL or NFL game, now that would be entertainment.

South America makes Italy look like the most legal binding league in the world  and we all know the crooks in the Italian game.

As for Arsenal, Wenger needs not buy a striker he's got too many as it is, what he needs is a CDM, 2CB's cause I would sell Gallas and maybe a better keeper...deffo better keeper in cover cause Fabinski and the others are awful.

Looks like Eto'o is on his way to Inter, in a swap for Ibrahimovic.

I wonder how he'll look in the Serie A and vice versa with Ibrahimovich.

And Liverpool are denying a deal has been struck for Alonso with Real. Hmmmnm.

Inter may have a chance of actually winning the CL now they have Eto'o but they probably will still fail, Inter have a bad squad for when it comes to Europe they need to spend serious money on a younger and more attacking team to win the CL. Jose is only there to get some dosh until Fergie leaves anyway :p

Liverpool don't have a chance this year no cover for Torres still and if they lose Xavi they will struggle to find someone as good plus they played above their weight last year anyway. At the moment Chelsea as PL champs with Utd runner up.

Speaking as a wannabe-solicitor, no. Affray doesn't carry too big a sentence anyway - he'd have got a fine if anything, maybe a suspended sentence, but no way in hell would he have ever ended up in clink. I severely doubt he had much of a jury either - much too high profile.

Frankly I think the FA should step in and ban him for a while. Clearly he acted inappropriately even he's been found not guilty. They wouldn't hesitate with players from smaller clubs (yes, I went there).
