PROTOTYPE

DO NOT BUY THIS GAME. RENT IT.

It's fun to go around on killing sprees and to do the missions but this is the kind of game you would just want to play once just to finish the story.

Some of the trophies are hard to get because the number you have to hit is HUGE so you would have to use a lot of roaming time to kill over 53, 000 people and some of the events are nearly impossible to get gold medals because the controls are a bit faulty.

I played it on normal difficulty and some missions are ridiculously hard so I can imagine how the game is on the actual hard difficulty.

It's not a bad game at all but it gets boring doing the same things over and over again, which is basically either running around and killing people, consuming people or hopping into tanks.

Also, the hunters are a rip off of the lickers from Resident Evil and, being a Resident Evil fangirl, that made me grrrrrr.

I'd agree. It can be an entertaining game, but it has too many issues to be a good game.

if there was a demo that'd be the best. i lent my copy to a friend and he's having a blast with it. he's said that he'll return the game to me and go out and buy his own copy because he's enjoying it that much.

Pardon for resurrecting a thread but I'm just now finally playing this game. Unfortunately I made the mistake of double renting at Blockbuster before learning they have late fees again so I basically have the weekend to play this game before I have to return it! I'm just starting the mission "Wheels of Chance" and I died against those Hunters over and over again, making me wonder if I should re-start the game switching to Easy. How ****ing ridiculous is it you have to restart the game to change the difficulty?! I'm just wondering how much harder it will get than that fight? I don't like challenging games, I like fun games.

Well I'm done playing the game but I couldn't beat the final boss. After ten tries I finally gave up. You have 60 seconds to take out a boss with a ***load of a HP. I grabbed every missile on the carrier deck and lobbed them at him and I still ran out of time. I don't see how you can do it. It's impossible to do a Devastator attack on him because you have to sit there 5 seconds charging it and he'll hit you before that and also good luck getting up to the required full health with him AND the military blasting away at you! Out of all the times, once I got him pretty low, but aside from that it wasn't close. ... On the whole I thought it was a very fun game with AMAZING moves, but the target system drove me NUTS and a few of the missions were pretty frustrating. Thank god it has a lot of checkpoints in the middle of the mission, unlike say GTA4. Definitely one of my favorite 360 games, just wish I had more free time to play with it just running around causing havoc.

How could anybody think this game was not fun? I mean after you get past the ackward aiming system and get a few upgrades tucked under your belt at least.
