I'm warming up to Jessica, and she's warming up to her powers. Nice. The party at Sookie's was ... interesting ... loved MaryAnn's claws, and Barry's finally shown up. About flipping time, too!

Was this the first time we've seen Kenya? I don't remember any previous appearances by her. And Letti May showing up for a cameo was nice. Glad to see they're not overusing her like they did in the first season. A teensy bit of her goes a LOOOOOONG way.

Yay for LaFayette, both versions. And Jason ... Jason looks darn good in clothes. I had almost forgotten that, since it's so rare to see him wearing them, ya know? lol

I thought it was pretty good, and was highly amused by the announcement that Dallas is the most vampire-friendly city in the state of Texas. Somehow, that sounds about right, as stuck up & snobbish as that city can be in reality...

The one ... um .. "communicating" with Sookie at the end of the ep, the one who runs off screaming.

Not Jessica's "lunch" ... No, that's a new character named Travis. And though he was cute, I think he was just there for a brief cameo, and is one who was invented for the show.

Jesus being a vampire is actually fairly plausible, given the nature of vampires in that particular universe. He might not have been the first, but considering how difficult he is to kill and the whole Eucharist thing, it actually makes sense. 2000 years ago a vampire with a good publicist could create a fairly sizable cult using his powers and addictive blood.
