Indeed. I'm interested in how the Typhon Pact and Khitomer Accords tie into the "pax galactica" also mentioned in "The Good That Men Do". Do the two factions eventually unite? I hope they- eventually- tie this in (of course it will be years and years until we get there).
^Is this based on the fact that Nog and Jake mention it in TGTMD? Did they say S31 had been outed, or did they just know about it because they were on DS9? I haven't read KM yet, so if it was in there, sorry for posting...
Well, the "pax galactica" was a quote from the blurb, so...not sure it counts...but I'm guessing if it was on the blurb that's what the text was implying. The declassified files seem to suggest peace in the galaxy, and a sharing of information and truth. Section 31's exposure was mentioned by Jake and Nog as recent, yes.
^I guess that makes sense, although I don't remember the passage that said that S31 had been revealed to the public. IIRC, the information had been de-classified, but just within Starfleet. Since, I assume, Nog is still in the Fleet in the early 25th century, he had access. Did everyday civilians have that same access? If they didn't, the existance of S31 may still be a closely guarded Starfleet secret...

Ah, I see what you mean. No, it didn't say if the public had been informed or only the government and Starfleet. We know Jake knows, but as you say there could be reasons why he does and other members of the public don't.
^Frankly, how do we know that Section 31 didn't willinglly turn themselves in? After all, with pax galactica may have caused The Bureau to conclude that at last, their work was done, and that they were no longer necessary--and it would be in the best interests of peace for them to let themselves get punished to the fullest extent of the law....
Oh, and perhaps they made it look like an "exposure" so there would be no suspicions towards the UFP government....

I think it's near the beginning. Jake muses on how he hopes they've finally been totally rooted out. The clear implication is that they were found, they didn't disband willingly or give themselves up.
There is no way a group like S31 would ever voluntarily stop. Times of peace would probably be almost as busy, if not busier than time of war. If there was peace, then they would still be convinced that they are needed in order to make sure that noone brings an end to that peace.
