I choose... hmm... I'm stuck between Hippocratic Oath and By Inferno's Light.

They both have some non-Jem'Hadar-ness for the people who aren't fanatics about the Dominion... I was going to go with the former as it had the B-plot on DS9, but the latter has Dukat, Ziyal, Romulans etc. to give people more options... so maybe that'd be better?
