Yep, ST:TMP had the cover of their very first issue.

I don't really remember whether they did anything with other Trek movies.

Just checked the site... they covered all Trek movies and Next Gen, but only a few made it on the cover.

When Jennifer Aniston hit big on Friends her hairstyle was in demand - that's the most ubiquitous example I can think of in the last thirty years.

But in the 1970s, even guys had "Farrah hair."
