Yeah, I have fractures in the enamel of the two front upper incisors - the hygenist said that "after this procedure you'll probably want them repaired" by way of suggesting that they were going to be more obvious after the whitening. In fact, though, she did a little extra work on those two and the result is really the opposite of what she expected - can't see 'em at all.

I'm told that I only lightened by about four shades - I'd have thought it was a lot more.

Yeah, my family has contributed mightily to the solvency of this dental practice over the last fifteen years or so. We do get pretty good treatment.

I came back from a short trip to Canada and my husband was acting kind of shifty. Now, the last time I left the country without him (when we were engaged) he impulsively went to Vegas with some friends and went skydiving. I was expecting something outrageous like that again, but ... it was just that he went and got his teeth whitened because there had been a "sale."

The funniest thing was, it was a Mother's Day sale! He persuaded them to give him the same deal that the women were getting. I still tease him about it.

There's a lot of reversed gender roles in our relationship. My friends claim I'm practically a guy when it comes to relationships, and that so many things about my husband are wasted on me!
