That ship surely belongs with the atrocities foisted upon us in the 1st season TNG expansion for the FASA RPG. yuck.
That said, at least it seems you know what your after. In fact, I'm being unfair. I just say that cause the top-down view reminds me of their M'Benga-class hospital ship. But from the sides and front, it's not sooooo bad. But side-by-side hulls with dualie deflector dishes always rubbed me the wrong way i guess.

My apologies. I'm not that good in translating things from 2D to 3D, so I can't help you there.

Alas, I cannot, for I know not any 3D applications. If I were you, I might try to contact the person who modeled the Murder-Class, at Meshes... he may be able to take it on. IIRC, his username is IOSYS.

To add fuel to the fire the ship can only dock at Starbase 48-F, they are the only starbase with a docking gantry big enough to hold the ship.
