Most fun you've ever had playing a video game?

I can't pinpoint one game exactly but i have several that i remember fondly:
Super Mario Kart
Had this when i was about to finish school and on my way into life. As we were basically finished with school a group of my friends went out to party and got shitfaced drunk in a hard rock/metal disco with happy hour all night (beer for one buck, harder stuff for two). My best friend decided to crash at my place since he was so drunk and my parents were away on vacation.
I made us some food at 3am or so (basically cooked some noodles and took something out of the freezer and reheated it) and we played Mario Kart in our drunken state.. awesome night (to top it off we watched some episodes of TNG that night too!

Ninja Gaiden
Never have i loved/hated a game in my life so intensely.. i would get stuck on a boss for days on end, put it away for weeks and then try again (only to have to relearn some of the controls). When fighting Alma for the first time i was near mental breakdown (those of you who have played it know what i mean).
Compared to her the final boss was a weakling.. dispatched him on my first try.
Aliens vs Predator 2
Played this one night with the Marine campaign. You have to enter a compound and you have your motion tracker with you.. as you've all seen the movie you know the sound of it. The games designers, bastards that they are
, ocasionally scared the shit out of you by suddenly dropping part of the ceiling on you with a loud crash or having a box tumble down somewhere which gives you a mild heartattack each time.
As you progress through the building you happen upon an egg room.. venture in it and soon the walls burst open and Aliens are flooding in. I was scared shitless by this sudden attack and somehow i memorized they way out so i ran backwards all the while emptying every weapon i had at the aliens.. assault rifle, shotgun, grenades until i was down to the few last bullets for my sidearm when i made it out.
I've never been this scared, pumped up and happy to make it out alive. It's a game goddammit but it nearly gave me a heartattack!
There are many other games but i usually only remember them because we played them in a group when we got together.. sometimes the simplest things like bowling or playing baseball on a Wii becomes a huge hit with a party.

I've a lot of fond memories that revolve around gaming but the best time was spending an entire summer with my best friend Paul playing Streets of Rage 2 while listening to Automatic For The People over and over again. I think I was about 15.
Modern Warfare is the best fun I've had recently. There is much pleasure to be had in sneaking up behind a friend and stabbing him in the back.
