The stardate actually is the same as the year. The part with the Kelvin is 2233. The majority of the movie takes place in 2258.
Robau/Kelvin scenes: 2233.
Kirk as a young kid driving the Corvette: circa 2243.
The bulk of the film: 2258.

Alternate reality. Chekov is a different age in this timeline.
Plus, he's also something of a wunderkind since he already dons an active duty ensign's uniform at age 17. So this timeline's Chekov is more of an overachiever than the Koenig one.
My alternate universe theory on this one is that Mama and Papa Chekov decided to name their first born Pavel, instead of their second child. This explains the age discrepancy and why this Chekov has curly hair.
In the prime universe Chekov doesn't have a brother.

Kirk's age and birth year had remained the same.In other words, the screenwriters created a blooper, like they did with Chekov in "WRATH OF KHAN" and like the TREK producers, you refuse to acknowledge this. Thank you for your answers.

The destruction of the Kelvin and Kirk's birth are the point at which the timelines diverge. It stands to reason that his age and birth year would remain the same, now, wouldn't they? Events happening after that point of divergence -- Chekov's birth, for example -- may occur differently than they did in the original timeline. I'm not seeing the problem with this.
What blooper? What refusal? It's not supposed to be an identical reality. You expect that some things are going to be different, otherwise why bother with an alternate reality at all?

Well considering to this day no one really is in agreement for the years of the 5 year mission, I have no issues just looking at it as a goof.
I thought the nuEnteprise was first flown in 2255...
