I don't think so.Yeah...that was the overwhelming assumption; mine was the exception.Brotherly? Hmmm... They look like a happy couple.![]()
I have this feeling they are brotherly, with Zach being the little brother. He's very accomplished, but I think he might rely on Chris.
Chris seems totally open, funny, good-natured and almost childlike. Zach is also sweet and funny he can also goof around, but at the same time you always feel something unusually serious and intense about him, even in those interviews. He seems like someone who is very serious about acting and his roles, but doesn't care a bit about the whole celebrity thing. I get this impression that, while he is very nice, he's the kind of person who doesn't pay much attention to what people think, and that nobody could make do anything he didn't want to. I love those moments in some of the interviews with him when interviewers ask him something really stupid and he just looks at them as if he'd cut off their headbut then just gives a serious answer that ignores the stupidity of the question.

And just because a baby with a pointed ear is too cute for words... Aww. I want a director's cut. You got to admit that the kiddie Spock scenes beat the kiddie Kirk ones (granted, there are deleted scenes of both). I was actually impressed by Kogan.

Yes, little Jacob Kogan was amazing - and he really looked like little Spock. Another instance of perfect casting. I've looked him up on IMDB and Wiki and it turns out his biggest role so far was the lead in a psychological thriller "Joshua" - apparently, he played a creepy psycho child. Which made me realize that all the actors who got cast as Spock had previously made their career playing villains! (Well, maybe not the kids in STIII:TSFS or the baby from ST09).
I really wonder how they showed Spock's birth in this movie and what the scene between his parents was like. Can't wait for the deleted scenes!
I completely agree with your take on Zach.
