didn't get the preview nor did I get anything bonus at the end of the movie. That sucked.

That first part almost seems impossible as Disney-Pixar ALWAYS runs a preview for their next movie in front of the current one.

My theater didn't run a preview for Toy Story 3 either. Oh well, I watched it online. At least the Partly Cloudy short ran with mine; I heard some people didn't even get the short somehow!

I'd just attribute it to a stupid projectionist. It wasn't that big of a deal. Now, if the short hadn't been attached, then I would be pissed.

To those people who didn't see the trailer, as far as I know it is only being run in front of 'Disney Digital 3-D' presentations of UP.
