Its being said that the first commercial footage of next summers Toy Story 3 is to be shown in front of UP. TS3 is set for June 2010 and in 3-D. I have no interest in UP but look forward to seeing this footage hit the net after UP opens.

what would be the plot, him desperately getting to get a cameo in a new movie about the crew of the NSEA Protector, when they were younger?
Isn't the plot supposed to be about the boy leaving for college and getting rid of all his toys? in the end I think they all die so Disney can't force Pixar to make a 4th one.

The movie *IS* a year from release so an "informational" trailer at this stage would be unusual.
Who's voicing "Slinky Dog" since Jim Varney has passed?
Good question. But Varney's voice is one of the most imitated around. I imagine any regular multi-voice actor could do it.

I have to say I'm a bit disappointed by this choice because I would have preferred they write out Slinky in respect to Varney, but I'll try to keep an open mind on the matter.

If the plot stays true to the early reports of the toys going to an orphanage it would be cool to see some "new" toys.
Maybe some Transformers, My Little Pony, GIJoe(other Hasbro properties have been used). How about a Power Ranger(or is it too close to Buzz). Just some other toys maybe from another donater.
I saw the promo with Up. Cute, though, as with all of Pixar's teasers, doesn't tell you much of anything about the film itself.

Cars 2 is coming out in 2011 or 2012.
I think Cars 2 is a rather dumb idea, I rather they make non sequels, plus two of the actors are dead. The plot sounds OK if the movie was too come out in 2020... (If this plot is correct)

I know. I was...ten...I believe.
In any case, the teaser looks good. Nothing exciting, but I'm already fairly sure it's going to be some kind of awesome. I don't like to make assumptions, but Pixar has yet to let me down, so I'm feeling pretty good about saying that.
Thought the teaser was pretty cool.
I didn't get the preview nor did I get anything bonus at the end of the movie. That sucked.
