England, June 1913

You are walking along when suddenly you are sucked through a time vortex and spat out into England, June 1913. There is no way back.

What do you do?

I'd carry on as normal, safe in the knowledge that any changes I implement, or indeed try to implement, to make the world a better place, would inevitably be course-corrected by the Universe with no perceived change to my own personal timeline.

Whatever happened, happened.

Oh, and I'd invest in the Ford Motor Company. Wouldn't hurt. ;)

Freak out and wonder what on earth happened and after a while I'd calm down, try to think clearly and then walk along checking out what's going on the "the streets of London" and try to live with it and in the end I might actually get used to it and like it........I guess.

Obviously I would have to jump-start the pornography industry. I'd be too old for it if I had to wait until the 70s.

They're about to get ravaged by two world wars, so I think I'll probably hop on a boat and hang out in the states for a bit. Also a big flu pandemic coming up, so gotta be on the lookout for that. Not sure if we now have immunity to that strain or not, so cities would be a bad place to be in about 5 years...

If I found myself in England in 1913 I'd try and nd somewhere quite to live for a while, away from any possibility of being drafted into the military as you'd have the Great war about to start in a year. By 1944 I'd probably be about 60 so I'd be too old for WW2 so I'm not sure what I'd do after WW1 finishes as I couldn't imagine being without a TV, PC or any sort of electrical device. Mind you, in saying that, if I'm lucky enough to get sent back with my mobile (cell phone) and my MP3 player then I could probably take them to some trustworthy scientists and introduce the microchip to them. I could end up being rich. Not sure how I'd explain it to them as I'm not exactly qualified on the intricacies of the microchip other than that it works and it does it's job.

How would you get to London? ;)

Um...by foot, I suppose. Where there's a will, there's a way!

Well you've got a long walk if you came out in Carlisle.

Why does it have to be England, June of 1913??

I've had no idea where would I be in that year, expecting my existence wasn't even exist that year. So I'd go and looking for my great-great grandfather and having a tea time with him!
