This Monday number is amazing! This was just a 64.4% drop. Iron Man's first Monday dropped 73%. Wolverine's first Monday dropped 74.4%.

Now at $86.8 million!

By the way, this is just an estimate.

I contributed $14.50 to yesterday's total... saw Star Trek for the third time in IMAX. Oh and btw, the theater was completely sold out for the 7:15 PM show, and if anything this crowd was even more enthusiastic in its praise (clapping, cheering, laughter, etc.) than the premiere night crowd.

Based on these figures, I think Trek will have grossed $100 million before going into its second weekend, this is great news!

Be right at it by Wednesday, probably past it after Thursday. Pretty much guaranteed at least 5-6 mil, if not better, the rest of the week until Friday.

So, if this goes on the movie's pretty sure to pass 130 million by the end of the weekend - by more than a little, I'd guess.
