I remember it all being funny, but not what Scotty said.

I thought he was great. He didn't outstay his welcome, and it was nice to have more aliens in Starfleet.

And he's another name to add to the list of actors who have been in Trek and Doctor Who!

The first thing I thought was "Jem'Hadar"! But I then remembered how damn fast a Jem'Hadar grows to adulthood(re: "The Abandoned(DS9)") and realized it couldn't really be one.

I never thought Jem'Hadar for a second.

It didn't look like a Jem'Hadar, it didn't act like a Jem'Hadar, it didn't live where a Jem'Hadar lives or do what a Jem'Hadar does.

So I really don't see what could lead anyone to think it was a Jem'Hadar. Seriously.

A gremlin... huh. That's interesting. What if this guy was one? I mean, he's from a race of beings which stow-a-way on ships and mess with the tech. Scotty found him and "drafted him" because of his natural ability with tech?
