I'm sorry to say I probably won't even be buying the collected editions, not now that I've seen the price. They're a few quid higher than I'm willing to go.

Well, that's your problem. British books are just plain expensive.

(Though do keep in mind that--at least according to Amazon--it's a hardcover.)

Most of the time they're not that bad when you take the online discounts in to account but not these... as for it being hardback, so are the Angel ones and they're at least £5 less. Which are just about as far as I'm willing to go
