For me, two of us are going to the corner and clean it up. Those mini disposable stick in the dirt signs, the signs taped, nailed and stapled to the poles - Going in the dumpster.

Trash and "ten thousand" cigarette butts, raked up - Going in the dumpster.

Grass and weeds trimmed and dirt raked smooth and neat.

Oh, and transportation will be feet.

I don't have to do that. Some company has already spent the last week harvesting the larger pine trees on the lot where the corner is located. Headed towards the local paper mill I assume. Actually it makes the lot look a lot better.
