Hot day in London - time for the waterguns?

An Officer

Vice Admiral
Admiral
I keep a couple of water guns stored in my home for my kid brother and sister... should I once again retrieve the water guns for them to douse unsuspecting student passersby this holiday (we are surrounded by campuses)? Or should I have learned my lesson by now?

I think if you haven't engaged in at least one generally harmless childhood prank, you may grow up to be a repressed freak... what do y'all think?

Not that I enjoy it myself, you understand, it is for the benefit of the children... :D

You must soak the students! If you have the technology it must be done!

I find the premise of a hot enough day in London that one would actually enjoy being soaked by a water gun to be highly unlikely.

Is 21° centigrade hot enough?

An Officer, I would actually join you in doing this. :D

Maybe we ought to have a separate water gun party meet-up? :D

You are wise and sensible for your years!

It's hot there? It's cold here in CA.

I went out in a little t-shirt to take care of some errands and came back really hot, especially in the direct sunlight! What have you got out in your state today? I suspect your idea of hotness may not concur with mine though!

Currently, it's 58F. When i woke up, it was 55, so at least it's getting warmer. My idea of hot is 80F, 90F is too hot, 100F is damn right uncomfortable ...

^ I'll get right on it. ;)

We were hotter than California today... WOOHOO!

Just a few weeks ago... we had a spell of few days where London was actually warmer and dryer than Athens! I like where all this is headed. :D

Except for the summer storms... British houses are not really built to deal with the volume of rainfall that occurs in a Mediterranean summer storm, and our home, and some others in the street, always have a leaking parapet when it rains in this extraordinary fashion, as it has done the last couple of summers... and they say more flash floods are predicted tonight!

I guess we'll just have to be manning the buckets again... if you don't laugh, you cry!

Still... Mediterranean weather in Britain, I mean, who can complain about that!? WOOHOO!

I really do love warmer temperatures and sunshine. Had a driving lesson today and it was wonderful driving the country lanes in the golden sunshine.
