Douglas Quaid/ Hauser from Total Recall
The Governor of California.
Dutch and the Terminator are both iconic characters of cinematic sf, but I'd say Quaid/Hauser from Total Recall was probably one of his more interesting characters.
Oh, and I loved his portrayal of Harry Tasker in True Lies -- very entertaining movie, and Schwarzenegger's performance was a lot of fun.

The T-800, particularly in the original The Terminator. Pure, perfect, coldblooded killing machine without a trace of humanity. Unfortunately, every other entry in the series gave the robots some human embellishments. Schwarzenegger did the very difficult thing of making the role all machine, playing a nightmarish force of nature.
John Kimble is my favorite of his roles, though I have to agree with how TBC characterized his portrayal of the T-800 in the first Terminator film.

I'm kind of torn... they finally released Kindergarten Cop in widescreen, but you have to buy it in a three-pack with Twins and Junior.
