Long Island Imax showing the movie in April?

According to the IMAX's twitter:

STAR TREK in our IMAX theater beginning April 7th!

I tried to check the website, but it only goes to April 5.

I was wondering if this is an error, but thought I'd let some of you New Yorkers give the place a call instead. Hopefully they remember April Fool's is over and it's not a typo.

edit: why does an earlier twitter say they were hoping to show it on May 8? Typo? Stupidity?

You can only call during showtimes...I tried anyway and it just rang -- Good Lord this is close to my house I didn't even realize it was there !

The Imax nearest me (Albany, NY) shows it starting on May 8th (the same date the movie opens in all theaters. This was according to the Regal website.

The IMAX theater's Twitter page hasn't been updated since that one message 11 hours ago, and it doesn't seem that anyone in the area has been able to contact the theater directly yet. Still to be verified, I guess.

Typo? NO Stupidity? NO again! As an Imax theater employee, as of a few weeks ago, we were not promised to get the new Star Trek film. But now it is official. May 8th is the date. We should be running a midnight show. Tickets should go on sale through our website soon.

The Imax theater at the Cradle of Aviation has just put tickets on sale at our website for the midnight show! Following shows will go on sale soon. This is the first place this has been announced. We will twitter this later today. Purchasing tickets online may seem kind of tricky. Go to http://www.cradleofaviation.org/ then click on "buy tickets", when that page comes up, select "May" as the month of performance...the rest is easy.

Well, your wish has been granted. The Imax theater at the Cradle of Aviation will now show Star Trek on May 7 at 7PM and 9:30PM (as well as the already scheduled midnight show) Tickets are available at www.cradleofaviation.org
