I would dare say a kick to the balls would be worst. To be fair as a male prostitute I am kind of biased though for I need my balls in my line of work. I do recall this one time though I had this john who wanted to kick me in balls while I ate ice cream at the same time and I had the brain freeze moment and for some reason the pain in the head did seem more pronounced than what was going on with my balls.

Ice burn is just when you eat something cold really fast and your head hurts. Although I've always referred to it as a brain freeze. There's no way you could lose anything over it.

Getting kicked in the, uh, twig would be like getting kicked in the leg. It would hurt, yeah, but you would get over it.
