A horrible experience for all involved. 
I don't have a child, but speaking hypothetically I don't imagine I'd be interested in "swapping" after 2yrs. If I were the one to discover the mix-up I doubt I'd mention it to anyone at all.

- Yahoo UKTwo mothers in Russia have been forced to swap their two-year-old sons after DNA tests revealed the children had been mixed up as newborns by a careless nurse.
According to Russian media reports, a court ordered the two heartbroken women - a Chechen and a Russian - to exchange the boys they had raised as their own.
The error was uncovered when one of the mothers, Anna Androsova, discovered her son's maternity ward ID tag actually had the mother's name Zarema Taisumova on it.
