I geuss those spanish LOVE there disaster movies. I myself prefer the german poster, I was really hopeing to see this or something like it as the u.s. poster. Oh well.

Hmm, it's not winning me over, though it isn't really bad. I hope there's a more-substantial one to follow; this seems more like a teaser since it still has the old, plainer "Star Trek" logo rather than the recently tweaked, 3D-ified one.

I do like: 1.) the similarity to the TMP poster mentioned there, and 2.) the "The Future Begins" tagline (the "Forget Everything You Know" tagline on the current TV ads is a bit of a turn-off).

Took me a second to figure out what exactly I was looking at. And if it takes me a few seconds, non-Trek fans don't have a chance! They'll just look at it and go "huh?".
