If you buy the Sunday Herald Sun this week.

I was under the impression that this premiere a month out from the release would be for a select group, but apparently they can offer it up in this manner.

I presume it is going to be a dial-in competition with a random selection.

I just took a quick poke around the online Herald Sun and didn't find anything, but maybe someone who's actually familiar with the site will be able to do better.

Don't think it is on the site. There is a little banner down the bottom of a page in yesterday's Herald Sun.

All it says is to buy the paper on Sunday for a chance to be one of the first in the world to see it. It has Star Trek in quite big writing with a very attractive design, and down the bottom is says Only in Cinemas from May 7 or some such.

It's not in today's paper, but was on page 27 of Wednesday's. I've scanned it, but don't know where I can upload it to.

I suppose you could send it to me as an e-mail attachment and I could then host the image on my Photobucket account. Or, if you have a Photobucket (or similar) account of your own, it should be quite simple to upload it from your computer.

Got rid of my post rather than waste everyone's bandwidth.

I wonder how many other similar competitions are going to be running. Presumably the Herald Sun is not the only one with spare tickets, but it seems remarkable to have members of the general public seeing the film a month before worldwide release.
