I remember this! The crew played a joke on Ricardo Montalban with this primitive remote-controlled "robot"...if you look closely, you can see that someone has taped a picture of Herve Villachaize (Montalban's co-star on "Fantasy Island") to the robot's face.

Yeah, according to The Big Shat, this had something to do with the fact that when Montalban first got on the set he was still doing his Mr. Rourke voice and not Khan. Needless to say, this was picked up on immediately.

Im having half a brain fart at the moment so I can't name names or ep titles, but I'll nominate the Middle Eastern yeoman from the "nerual parasites" episode and Checkov's girlfriend from the Vaal episode (extra points to her for putting the Starfleet smackdown on a native hand to hand).

Was she Middle Eastern? I always thought she was African American. Either way, she was still a knockout, 40 years ago.
As for the other, that was Yeoman Martha Landon from The Apple. Georgeous then. I met her just a few years ago at a convention. What can I say? She was gorgeous back in the 60s.

She was either Middle Eastern or Hindi, her name was Zahra Jemal.
