I wonder if it's something the Losties do in the past that turns Ben into such a total bastard later on?
Couldn't it just mean she does both things in the episode?

Miles is SO Dr. Chang's son! (just like I predicted)
But that would mean he is there as both child and adult. Should that do something to their quantum states? Does he almost slip and say 'dad' when talking to him?
Imagine being Jack and meeting the guy from that old film.
