I do agree thousand dollars is more then enough to loose the g/f and other friend ... but If they "choose" to continue their relationship with me It will be a totally different thing. but yes they are the one at the lose and they know it I just need to get real with them so when I can lose them and there will be no consequence. right now I am playing up to them for the need to not get put away by their testimony at trial if and when it does or does not occur so we will see.

It's a bit hard to tell from your slightly confusing posts, but if all you are talking about is an argument that didn't result in any great injury and the theft of a ring in a domestic situation I highly doubt you'll be getting a custodial sentence even if they do find you guilty.

1. Have you ever experienced delusions or hallucinations, and could you tell that was what was going on at the time?

2. Have you ever been or believed yourself to be a religious icon? Are you Jesus? The Anti-Christ? Are you here to save the world?

3. Are you taking your medication regularly and as prescribed? What is your prescription?

4. Are you drinking or taking other drugs?

5. How have you been sleeping lately? Are you eating regularly?

And another comment: if it is known to others that you gave her the ring as a friendship gift, you can probably hang up getting it back under the breach of contract conditions I referred to before. I wish that wasn't so, because it sounds to me like these two people have really been taking advantage of you and your condition. Not sure if there's any legal recourse based on that, but I doubt it.

3, eight meds as prescribed daily and under the care of psychiatrist and social workers, and a physician. listing the meds and doses would be just a little to tedious since my spelling of them would 'suck' so abilify celexa welbutrin are the psych meds 30, 40, and 450 mg respectively.

4. May eleventh is twelve years off crack and alchohol pot "drugs in general" three years pluss of smoking cigs. as per a twelve step thing.

5. sleep not as well as I would like to but had a sound sleep saturday into sunday during the week I get a few hours here and there. I eat when hungry usually.

6. she had a scrape on her finger they photographed where she had burned herself with her cigarette. that is the damage and domestic violence charge given.

thanks that advice was given a year ago and did I pay attention well now look at what is happening.. hind site is twenty twenty but really I should listen to the people in my life who knew this was going to happen and keep them as the friends .. the court date is Tuesday the 26th at one pm ahhhhh I am freaking out ahhhhh

she(the person a-for-mentioned) just tried to contact me about staying over night, for the weekend, or at least Friday night yep that is the latest comment/question from her.,, not to mention about twenty odd phone calls on the answering machine since I started this thread and me, I am like ready to forgive her and all! she wreaked havoc in my other friends life with his g/f from South America as he does not want to be with her anymore ... How the f do I walk away from this ? It is just easier said then done really.

Oh think, you know you need to stay away from her as far as possible. Is there anywhere you can go and stay? Keep ignoring her or if she does get through to you say you cannot see her because your lawyer has explicitly told you not to. You have got a lawyer right? And also doctors support for your case?

my doctors are supporting me but I have never done anything like this before so I have no Idea what to tell the Dr.'s to do or the lawyer they said just contact a lawyer when I get to the court..,,,? but me I can't afford a regular lawyer I never make it to the end of the month with money. and this month is just as difficult . she wants to drop the charges and such at least that is what she is saying and I am really trying not to rock the boat on that end.

Shouldn't you have had a lawyer appointed to you already? I would definately keep notes of all the times she tries to contact you and what she says/suggests. If she wants to drop charges then she can do that in court and make it official. If you cut a deal privately she can and probably will renage on it. Take it to court. There must be an advice line you can call. Try anywhere, and just follow referrals until you get someone who can give you free and helpful advice.

I guess., I have asked about, and they said, the court can appoint me a lawyer if I can prove I need one and cant afford a regular lawyer.
