Feds Grant Eminent Domain as Collateral to China for US Debts

This is kinda scary if it is true. The U.S. signed an agreement with China using American land, buildings, etc. as collateral if we can't pay off our loans. We better start learning Chinese just in case!

Here is an article I found on-line (I apologize if anything in the article seems a little biased- just look at the overall points):

Beijing, China -- Sources at the United States Embassy in Beijing China have just CONFIRMED to me that the United States of America has tendered to China a written agreement which grants to the People's Republic of China, an option to exercise Eminent Domain within the USA, as collateral for China's continued purchase of US Treasury Notes and existing US Currency reserves!

The written agreement was brought to Beijing by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and was formalized and agreed-to during her recent trip to China.

This means that in the event the US Government defaults on its financial obligations to China, the Communist Government of China would be permitted to physically take -- inside the USA -- land, buildings, factories, perhaps even entire cities - to satisfy the financial obligations of the US government.

Put simply, the feds have now actually mortgaged the physical land and property of all citizens and businesses in the United States. They have given to a foreign power, their Constitutional power to "take" all of our property, as actual collateral for continued Chinese funding of US deficit spending and the continued carrying of US national debt.

This is an unimaginable betrayal of every man, woman and child in the USA. An outrage worthy of violent overthrow.

I am endeavoring to obtain images or copies of the actual document but in the interim, several different sources both in the US and in China have CONFIRMED this to me.

Seeing as how the American government tends to ignore treaties and laws it doesn't like I wouldn't worry. Remember a treaty and a contract is basically just a piece of paper when you have a army at your disposal.

^ But since China is the most populated army in the world they can maintain a bigger army than us. Some of our technology could be more advanced, but you can't beat good 'ole fashioned man power.

Somehow, I suspect this is Bullshit. If it's not, (and that is a BIG if), well, I guess someone will just have to pull an Oswald.

Yes but we would also use nukes. Idon't think they want a nuclear war. Plus we would proably even use nukes on ourselves before allowing aoccupying army take us over. Whem America goes down I get the feeling were going to pull alot other countries down with us, maybe evenout of spite in some cases.

More like the entire world, in the extremely unlikely event that we would have to face that particular doomsday scenario.
 
C'Mon! You know better than to read random stuff on the internet without checking Snopes first? A story like this doesn't begin to sound true in the slightest.
 
The US owes the Sioux the Black Hills among other things according to the treaty it signed with those tribes. I think they're still waiting on the US Government to live up to their half of that treaty.
 
The US government doesn't OWN these private properties. Therefore is has no legal claim to them nor can it use them as collateral. Utter damn nonsense.

The way things are going, the Gov'ment can do what ever the HELL they want!( Those of you who belive otherwise ''need'' to wise up) IF this story is ''True'' ( I don't belive it's true) I don't see America useing NUKES! Either on ourselves ''or'' it's enemies!:vulcan:

What government is the only one to actually use a nuclear bomb on a city (twice!)?

That nation's current leader belongs to the same political party as the ones that signed the orders to develop and use the weapon too.

Yes, it was over 60 years ago, but nobody else has done it.
 
Yeah, I saw this the other day on another board. Didn't believe it then either, but I guess these things just take some time to die.
