Great rerun numbers for CSI: NY! Originals are usually in the 12-13 million range, so that's pretty impressive.
Wow, this is weird. I went to wiki to check LOST's previous ratings and they've miraculously doubled since the last time I looked at the page! They must be counting the reruns and/or downloads or something... 84 1 "Because You Left" 20.316[94] January 21, 2009 85 2 "The Lie" 20.316[94] January 21, 2009 86 3 "Jughead" 20.009[95] January 28, 2009 87 4 "The Little Prince" 19.855[96] February 4, 2009 88 5 "This Place is Death" 18.862[97] February 11, 2009 89 6 "316" 18.406[99] February 18, 2009 90 7 "The Life and Death of Jeremy Bentham" 18.050[100] February 25, 2009
American Idol is down to 22 million! Alright! I'm not one to normally bash the show, I have seen at least half the seasons, but this year they show is just a soup opera instead of singing. Die you fuckholes!
because of how good CBS is doing this season, they have already said only a small number of new pickups next year and the only shows in danger are... The Unit Cold Case Eleventh Hour Flashpoint Without a Trace Garry Unmarried Old Christine Worst Week. IMO the following are dead... The Unit Without a Trace Garry Unmarried Old Christine Worst Week.
WaT is on the bubble big time at CBS due to its numbers for them anyway not being stellar since the timeslot move. I think the demo may be the problem for it and only just breaking 10 million.
lol I love how CBS is thinking of axing a show with 10 million, whilst NBC is forced to keep Heroes. Same goes for Cold Case, both of them are great shows, ive not seen all of Cold Case however as Sky refuse to air anymore of it on Sky 3, but Cold Case is one of those CBS cop shops I really like. Lord help me when CBS axed CSI.
Why is Without a Trace dead? I thought it was one of their big hits. Well at least it was when it was on Thursdays.
CBS has not cancelled anything but The Ex List, so far this season but 2-4 more cannings are expected starting with The Unit.
about time the networks offically renewed all of those shows that are no surprise. the article titled "CBS renews 12" is one I always enjoy reading.
Yeah isn't it something? If any one of those shows that Jax listed had those numbers on NBC or ABC, they'd live to see another day. But on CBS, God forbid they draw anything less 10 million. You know, CBS may end up regretting being so axe happy one of these days. At some point, viewers are going to quit caring about new shows since they know there's a pretty good chance the show won't be around. Shows like Flashpoint, The Unit and Worst Week, are infinitely better than trash like Kath and Kim (or whatever it's called) but here comes the axe, because oh no, they don't have CSI numbers.
Am sas to see Knight Rider get canned because it was a little trashy but it was fun popcorn flick TV and KITT grew on me so much more. Also the 2nd half of the season was soooo much better, if it had started like that and not with that baddddd pilot we might of seen a 2nd season but at the end of the day a unsupported retooling against IDOL was never going to win.
