Well, the right one won. I haven't seen the Reader yet. Too many people waiting in line to see Iron Man for the 2nd time.....
Why was Sophia Loren looking so bored (and obviously reading from a teleprompter)? Everyone else seemed to speak from the heart (well, except for Kidman now, sort of).

Yeah, she was even better in Revoltionary Road. But I'm glad she won!!!
Reese Witherspoon was more of a supporting actress when she won for Walk the Line, too. And don't forget how short Frances McDormand's role in Fargo was!
They could just have one speaker for the award, to cut down on time. It'll be interesting to see who they bring out for the Best Actor award.

The Reader was great, but it wasn't as good as Doubt or Revolutionary Road (I think I said that earlier in the thread.
). But it is worth seeing.
