About six weeks. *sigh* I know that's about right, not quite 2 lbs a week, but it's so much harder to lose them that it is to gain them.

I've been losing a bit of weight too from doing the paper round. I hadn't really noticed but I was ordering myself some new sweatpants in the Lands' End sale and it suddenly occurred to me that since my current pairs of pants kept falling down to my hips maybe I needed to go down a size!

Saved me a bit of money too - because I'm not a plus size any more. Yay!

Still have a ways to go before I'm a weight that I'm happy to admit to though

Me, I'm slowly going organic after attending a natural health seminar. Breakfast was wholly organic. Tomorrow, it'll be breakfast and lunch

Wow, good for you, Trippy! I'd love to go organic, because I'd rather my body be exposed to the least amount of pesticides and chemicals.

It's so expensive, though.

I found, so far, shopping around helps offset the cost. Bulk barn has a great line of organic foods for very reasonable prices, and my local grocery store has three aisles dedicated to organic food, and I bought what I could on sale.
