To be perfectly honest.
No it does not.
We have a Calvinist amongst us, folks.
Dayton3, I've read other comments you've added to various threads and I have developed a feeling for you-you remind me of a Carlin bit I heard-
"The Commandments say killing is a sin and most Christians seem to believe that-unless the other guy worships a different invisible being from the one I worship."
To say that choice is no option is to reveal the primary flaw in the God you worship-for, if there is no choice then it means it's all God's plan operating all of the time(omnipotence) and there should be no capability to commit evil, for God is not evil. Since evil still occurs, it would seem that, since there is no choice according to your world-view, God is neither omnipotent or omniscient, which would logically leave us with a being too flawed to qualify as a God. Personally, I want a little choice. Oh, wait, I seem to have that because I choose not to worship an invisible being who allows evil to exist in the world, who allegedly plays favorites with one group of humans over another(defying something I DO believe in, i.e.-the Declaration of Independence), who orders childrens' brains dashed upon rocks for laughing at an old man's scraggly beard(Ezekiel) and who, quite frankly, has permitted millions to be slaughtered in his name. To steer this back to the original subject-fuck him(or her)! I'll take a president who swears, yet seems to care over an arbitrary, bad-tempered and genocidal diety any day!
